Space and time required for make-up service

It is the Client’s responsibility to liaise with the venue of set-up and pre-arrange for access to the venue 0.5 hours before and after the make-up service period. The Client will organise an appropriate space for the make-up artist’s set-up and operation. Doorways, stairwells and ramps need to be at least 80 centimetres wide. The makeup service can be transported up one flight of stairs only. The makeup artist requires an area of 2 metres by 2 metres of well-lit, flat-surfaced floor to operate.

payment

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $30.00 for Special Occasion, $40.00 for Fashion and $50.00 for Bridal is due upon booking to secure the event time and date. The outstanding balance is due 3-7 days prior to the event. Please make the Direct Debit deposit payment to the below account or pay when booking online.

EXTRA FEES

An extra fee will apply for service provided outside general business hours (9:00AM-5:00PM), during public holidays, and for service provided outside of a 30-minute radius of the general Western Melbourne area.

The Client acknowledges that the Provider reserves, in perpetuity, the right to all photography taken of the Client by the Provider during the event. The Client licenses the Provider, without limitation, unrestricted use of Photography for the purposes of display, advertising, publicity, and publication on websites and social media without any additional compensation to the Client.

privacy policy

The Provider will not sell your details to any third party and will take reasonable measures to ensure your details remain confidential. When booking online or enquiring on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by the Provider who has special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

refund policy

The Provider will refund the outstanding amount less the non-refundable booking fee to secure your desired time and date. Refund of the outstanding amount less the non-refundable deposit will be provided if a cancellation is made from either party or if you are not 100% satisfied with the final makeup.

MISCELLANEOUS

If for reasons beyond the Provider’s control no service is received, the Provider’s maximum liability will be the return of all refundable payments received from the Client. The Provider is not responsible for any liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims, actions or demands of any nature upon the Client’s breach of this agreement.

For the health and safety of  The Provider and the Client, proof of vaccination status with a valid photo I.D. will be required prior to booking.
